Logging in to HealthApp

1. Click on the field “Select your GP practice”.
   
2. You will now see a list of GP practices.
   
3. Type the name of your practice in the text field.
4. The list will then become shorter. This way, you can find your practice more quickly.
   
5. Click on “Log in”. You will now go to the DigiD login screen.
   
6. Log in with DigiD. Follow the steps on the screen.
   
7. After logging in, you will see the HealthApp privacy policy.
   
8. Read the privacy policy and click agree.
   
9. After that, you will go to the HealthApp dashboard. You are now logged in. Welcome to HealthApp!
