Logging in to HealthApp

In this article, we explain step-by-step how to log in to HealthApp. Please follow these steps:

Important before you start:

Is your GP practice not in the list, is DigiD showing an error, or do you want to log in as an authorised representative?
Most situations can be solved quickly by yourself. Check the answers immediately on our login help pages.

Step 1: Go to the website

Open your internet browser and go to the website: https://portal.healthapp.nl.

Language settings

Is the website showing in Dutch? You can easily change the language.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the language button to switch from Dutch (Nederlands) to English.

Step 2: Select your GP practice

Click on the field Search and select your general practice.

Type the name of your own practice into the search field to find it quickly.

Click on your practice and then click the Log in button.
You will now be automatically redirected to the DigiD login screen.

Step 3: Log in with DigiD

Step 4: Accept the privacy policy

When you log in for the first time (or if changes have been made), you will see the privacy policy of HealthApp on your screen.

Read the privacy policy carefully and click on I Agree at the bottom.

Step 5: Welcome to HealthApp

After agreeing, you will automatically arrive at the HealthApp dashboard. You are now securely logged in and ready to start.
