Help with logging in - Selecting your practice

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to select your GP practice in HealthApp. Below you will find the most common situations and their solutions.

My GP practice is not in the list

  1. Check the spelling: Double-check if you have spelled the name of the practice correctly. Clear the search field completely and type the name again.
  2. Is your practice still not showing up? Please contact your GP practice. They can check if you are using the correct name or if the practice is already connected to HealthApp.

Do you still not see your practice? Then call your GP. Ask if you are searching for the correct practice.

The list of GP practices remains empty

  1. Type at least 3 letters: The list only starts searching and showing results once you have typed 3 letters or more. If you type fewer letters, the screen will remain empty.
  2. Clear the field, type the first 3 letters of your practice, and wait a moment for the results to appear.

Do you still not see your practice? Then call your GP. Ask if you are searching for the correct practice.

I get a message saying I am not registered at this practice

The system checks your details with the practice you select. If you receive this message, the details do not match or you might no longer be registered in their system (for example, due to a move or changing doctors).

Please contact the assistant at your GP practice to check if your details are still correctly registered in their computer.
