In this article, you will read how to view the contacts with your healthcare provider(s).

Important before you start:
Do you see an attachment (such as a letter or photo) in your contact, but you cannot open or download it? Or do you have another question? Certain features are not yet available at this moment. Check the explanation immediately on the
Help with contacts page.
- Click on Contacts in the dashboard.
You will now see all the contacts made by your healthcare provider. The newest contact is always at the top.
Screen layout
The screen is divided into two parts: a left side and a right side.
On the left side, you will see a brief overview of all contacts. Here you can see:
- The type of contact. You can recognize this by the icon:
- Two people means an appointment.
- A telephone receiver means a phone call.
- And so on.
- The diagnosis (the conclusion of the healthcare provider).
- The date and time of the contact.
On the right side, you will immediately see all the details of the contact you clicked on the left side:
- The type of contact.
- The date and time.
- The diagnosis.
- The evaluation (how the contact went).
- The plan (what the next steps are).
Sometimes you will also see this extra information here:
- Measurements (for example, your blood pressure or weight).
- Medication (your medicines).
- Attachment (a picture or a letter)

You cannot see contacts from before 1 July 2020. You will also see this message in HealthApp itself.
