Help with contacts

I see an attachment in the contact, but I cannot open or download it.

It is possible that your healthcare provider has added an attachment (such as a letter, form, or photo) to the contact.
  1. At this moment, it is not possible to open, view, or download attachments in HealthApp. You will see the attachment listed, but you cannot click on it.
  2. Do you need the attachment urgently? Please contact your GP practice. They can send the document to you in a different way.
