Viewing appointments on the dashboard
On the dashboard, you can see straight away if you have an appointment planned. You can check this by looking at the number in the white Appointments block. Is this number 1 or higher? Then you have one or more upcoming appointments. If the number is 0, you currently have no appointments planned.
Going to your appointments
You can go to your appointments in two ways:
- Click on the white appointments block.
- Or click on Appointments in the menu on the left side.
Overview of your planned appointments
You will automatically arrive at the Scheduled tab. Here you can see straight away if you have an appointment:
- Do you have an appointment planned? You will see it listed in an overview with all the information, such as the date, time, and the name of your healthcare provider.
- Do you have no appointments planned? Then the screen will be empty, and a message will state that there are no appointments planned.
Screen layout
If you have an appointment planned, the screen is divided into two parts: a left side and a right side.
On the left side, you will see a brief overview of your appointments. You can recognise the type of appointment by the icon:
Two people means an appointment at the clinic (a physical appointment).
A telephone receiver means a phone appointment.
You will also see the name of the healthcare provider, the date, and the time.
On the right side, click on an appointment from the list. You will immediately see all the details of that appointment:
Which healthcare provider your appointment is with.
The role of the healthcare provider (for example, GP, assistant, or POH).
The date and time.
The reason for the appointment.
Viewing past appointments (History)
Would you like to look up an old appointment? Click on the History button at the top of the appointments screen.
You will then see the appointments you have had with your healthcare provider over the past year. Appointments older than 12 months are automatically removed from HealthApp.
