Important before you start
Do you see the text "You cannot request medication from your practice at this moment" on the Request medication card on the home screen?
Or do you see a green banner on the Medication page saying "You cannot repeat medication via HealthApp at this moment"?

There are two ways to open your medication overview:
On the main screen (Overview), click the Request medication card. If repeat prescriptions are available, this card will display the text "Medication is available to request".
Or click Medication in the menu on the left side.
Step 2: Start your request
You will now see an overview of your active and inactive medications.
Click the Request button in the top right corner to open the request window.
Step 3: Select medication (Step 1 of 2)
A window will appear listing all medications available for reorder.
Turn on the switch on the right side next to the medication you wish to order.
Want to request multiple medications at once? Turn on the switch for each medication you need.
Click Next in the bottom right corner.
You will see a summary of your selected medications and your pharmacy. You can add a note for your healthcare provider for each item.
Step 5: Send request
Review the overview of your selected medications and your pharmacy. Click the Request medication button in the bottom right corner.
Step 6: Confirm your request
A window (Confirm medication request) will appear showing a summary of your request.
Step 7: Confirmation and status
You will return to the medication list. A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen: "Medication request sent".
The medication will now show the label REQUESTED.
You cannot request the same medication again while your request is being processed.
