Making an appointment with your healthcare provider

1. Go to “Appointments”. You will now see an overview of your upcoming and past appointments.
2. Click the “+ Appointment” button. You will now see step-by-step instructions to schedule your appointment.
3. Type of appointment: Make sure you choose the right type of care.
4. Click “Next”.
5. Practitioner: Choose the healthcare provider you want to make an appointment with.
1. Not sure which practitioner you should choose?
   Then click the information icon (i).
   A window will expand with an explanation about which practitioner you should choose.
6. Click “Next”.
7. Reason: Describe the reason for your appointment as clearly as possible in the text field.
8. Click “Next”.
9. Date: Choose a date and time that suits you best.
10. Click the “Schedule Appointment” button.
