Appointments general info

In the Appointments section, you can quickly and easily manage and view your medical appointments. You no longer need to call the practice, but can choose a time that suits you best.

What can you do here?

Within this section of HealthApp, you can manage three things:
  1. Book an appointment yourself: You choose the right healthcare provider, fill in the reason, and select an available date and time.
  2. View your schedule: You can see straight away when your next appointment is, what time you need to be there, and who your appointment is with.
  3. Look back at your history: Have you had an appointment and want to check the date or the reason again? You can find your appointments from up to one year ago.
AlertPlease note: Your GP practice decides whether it is possible to book appointments online via HealthApp. They also manage which healthcare providers, days, and times are available in the schedule. If this feature is turned off, or if you cannot find a suitable time slot, please contact your practice
