Would you like to view your active medication? Or would you like to review previous medications from the past (your history)? Follow these steps.
Click on Medication in the menu on the left side.
The screen is divided into two sections: a left side and a right side. At the top, you can switch between two tabs:
Active: Here you can see the medications you are currently taking or that have been prescribed to you.
Inactive: Here you will find medications you used in the past, but are no longer taking.
On the left side, you will see a list of all your medications:
You will see the name of the medication.
You will see a brief usage instruction (how often you need to take it).
On the right side, you can read the full information for the selected medication:
Click on a medication from the list on the left. The complete details will then appear on the right side.
When you select a medication on the left side, you will see two sections of information on the right side:
Latest prescription: Here you can read the name of the medication, the dosage, the usage instructions, the quantity, and the date of the prescription.
Latest pharmacy dispensing: Here you can see when and how much you last received from the pharmacy.
Good to know:
Dosage: The dosage shown in this overview may sometimes differ from the instructions on your pharmacy label. Always follow the instructions provided by your pharmacy.
No active medication: Are you currently not taking any medication? In that case, the list under the Active tab will be empty. Any previous medications will be listed under Inactive.
More information: Would you like to read more about how your medication works or its side effects? At the bottom of the details section, you will find a direct link to Apotheek.nl.
