I get an error message when I want to make an appointment
This error message means that your GP has disabled online appointments via HealthApp.
Please contact your GP in another way to make an appointment.
The “+ Appointment” button is located above the appointment overview.
It may be that your GP has disabled online appointments via HealthApp.
In that case, you will not see the button or you will not be able to use it.
Do you still want to make an appointment?
Then contact your GP in another way.
I don’t know which healthcare provider I should book an appointment with
Click on the information icon (i).
A screen with additional information will then open.
In this screen you can read which healthcare provider is best suited for your appointment.
I can’t find a date or time that works for me
It may be that your healthcare provider has no available time on the date or at the time you want.
Is it important that you get an appointment?
Then contact your GP practice directly.
In an emergency: call your GP.
In life-threatening situations: call 112.
I get a message that my time slot has become unavailable
It is likely that another patient was also making an appointment
and chose this time slot just before you did.
Because of that, the time slot is now full.
Choose another time and try again.
