Help with logging in - As a representative

I want to log in as an authorized representative (or mentor) using my own DigiD

Would you like to log in for someone else for whom you are a mentor, legal guardian, or authorized representative?
  1. At this moment, it is not possible to log in for another person using your own DigiD in HealthApp. You can only log in for yourself.
  2. Would you like to manage matters for the other person? Please contact the GP practice by phone.
