About your medication overview

Medication is another word for the medicines you use to stay healthy, reduce symptoms, or cure an illness. In this portal, you will find an overview of the medicines known to your healthcare provider.

This overview is divided into two groups:

  • Active: These are the medicines you are currently using or that have been prescribed to you.

  • Inactive: These are medicines you used in the past, but are currently (or temporarily) no longer taking.

What do you see for each medication?

When you click on a medication in the list, you will see its details on the right side. This overview consists of two parts:

  1. Prescribed prescription: This is the prescription as intended by your doctor or practitioner. You will see the official name, the dosage (how often and how much you should take), any additional instructions, the quantity, and the date of the latest prescription.

  2. Latest pharmacy dispensing: Here you can see when and how much medicine you actually received from your pharmacy the last time.

AlertPlease note (Dosage): The dosage shown in this portal may sometimes differ from how you currently use the medicine. Always follow the dosage instructions printed on the pharmacy label.
