Contacts General info

In the Contacts section, you will find an overview of your appointments and conversations with your healthcare provider(s). Every time you have contact with the practice, the healthcare provider writes a short report about it.

What is a 'contact'?

  1. A contact is any moment you have had medical communication with the practice. This includes:
  2. An appointment at the clinic (a consultation).
  3. A phone call with the GP or assistant.
  4. A digital message or e-consultation.

What can you read here?

The Contacts section is like your personal medical diary from the practice. For each visit, you can easily look back at:
  1. What the complaint or conclusion was (the diagnosis).
  2. What was discussed or examined (the evaluation).
  3. What agreements were made for the future (the plan).
  4. If any extra details were saved, such as your blood pressure (measurements) or your prescriptions (medication).
