In the Contacts section, you will find an overview of your appointments and conversations with your healthcare provider(s). Every time you have contact with the practice, the healthcare provider writes a short report about it.
- A contact is any moment you have had medical communication with the practice. This includes:
- An appointment at the clinic (a consultation).
- A phone call with the GP or assistant.
- A digital message or e-consultation.
What can you read here?
The Contacts section is like your personal medical diary from the practice. For each visit, you can easily look back at:
- What the complaint or conclusion was (the diagnosis).
- What was discussed or examined (the evaluation).
- What agreements were made for the future (the plan).
- If any extra details were saved, such as your blood pressure (measurements) or your prescriptions (medication).
